Shop entrance: Cards are grouped under various titles such as, 'Birthday', 'Love', 'Father's day' etc. Check out a 'Selection' by clicking on the title. Selection: Here we show you a small scale version of the cards in your chosen selection, with the size and price shown below each. Normally cards are blank inside so you can compose your own personal message but if you see the symbol 'V' this means it has a short verse inside which you can add to. Larger version: Click on the small scale card to see a larger version and read any verse. Ordering: When you see a card you like, you can order it and write your message inside by clicking the 'Order' button. You will be transferred to the 'Order form'. Order form: The picture at the top is the greeting card you are sending with it's price including tax and delivery. Tell us who to send the greeting card to, type your message for inclusion within the card & choose the delivery date details applicable to you. You can order weeks in advance if you wish. Press the 'Add to basket' button. You will be transferred to the Review page. Review page: Here you look at the cards and messages ordered so far. At the top of the page are five buttons. Continue Shopping allows you to send the same card with a new message to someone else. Shop Entrance allows you to choose a different card and message for someone else. Empty basket removes all the items from the shopping basket so you can start again. Terms & conditions is quick and essential reading before you shop or conclude an order. Cashier: Allows you to start the payment process once you have finished choosing cards and writing messages. Remove any greeting card from your basket by clicking on the 'Remove' checkbox. To look at your basket contents at any stage while you are shopping press a 'Review Basket' button. Cashier: Here is where you enter your own name and address. Please use the 'Additional Information' box for any comments about the web site, our terms & conditions etc. When complete click 'Next' to see the final payment page. The Final Payment page: is a summary of your order. Check it and click the 'Send Order Now' button. This sends us details of your order and also sends you an email confirmation of order with an order reference number. Please use the number in any future communication. You will be transferred to the secure server where you enter your credit card details. They are sent to us as an encrypted email using a secure credit card data collection script. A prompt will appear in the bottom left hand corner of the page if you have entered insufficient data to allow the order to be processed. Please use the 'Previous' button to go back and fill in the missing data.
